Delayed, lost or damaged luggage
EU regulation 261/2004 does not cover luggage. This means that Myflightrefund.com, unfortunately, is unable to assist with compensation in cases of delayed, lost or damaged luggage. If you lose your luggage or your luggage is delayed or destroyed during your flight, you may instead approach the airline, or the company handling the luggage at the airport. They will be able to advise you on your rights.
You should also contact your insurance company, who will most likely be able to help you if you have an applicable travel insurance. If your flight was delayed or canceled, you may be eligible for compensation through EU Regulation 261/2004. You can read more here.
