Thomas Cook UK PLC has declared bankruptcy as of September 23, 2019. Thomas Cook Scandinavia continued its operations for some time thereafter, but in connection with the transition to new ownership on October 30, Thomas Cook Scandinavia was declared bankrupt and a new company was established under the name Sunclass Airlines ApS. The new airline will not take over debt and claims from Thomas Cook Scandinavia.

The bankruptcy estate is managed by the law firm Kromann Reumert. At their request, we have sent them a complete list of claims against Thomas Cook Airlines Scandinavia. However, the law firm emphasizes that the bankruptcy estate is unlikely to meet the claims. Therefore, we do not expect to be able to recover your compensation from the bankruptcy estate.
